Goodland Country Estate is a residential subdivision and a communal 71.85 hectare farm, located off State Highway 17, North of Auckland.  Wastewater from the 49 residential homes and a community hall needed to be treated to a high standard to ensure no adverse effects on the surrounding environment.   The irrigation field is sectorised.
